OnePlus’ latest offering, the Oneplus Nord CE, boasts smooth Oxygen OS and 5G connectivity. This smartphone has a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, is powered by an upgraded Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, and boasts a triple rear camera setup, including a 64MP main sensor that supports Electronic Image Stabilisation. However, it feels less special than its predecessors, particularly the Nexus 6 and OnePlus 5G.

Other cameras include a 16-megapixel selfie camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera. Fortunately, these features aren’t as great as the Nord CE’s, but the quality of the shots that you can capture with this phone are more than acceptable. Aside from that, the Nord CE also offers a night mode.
The OnePlus Nord CE isn’t aimed at nerds. The Snapdragon 750G processor is powerful enough for most users. The device’s AMOLED display offers a high refresh rate and excellent picture quality. The OnePlus Nord CE has a 3.5mm headset jack. It also has a single bottom-firing super linear speaker. Audio quality was pleasant, but it falls behind dual stereo setups. Despite its loudspeaker, it lacked the OnePlus Alert Slider, which toggles between silent and ring modes. This feature was found on the original Nord, but was omitted from the later Nord N10. The Alert Slider was a selling point of the OnePlus handsets and OnePlus’ trademark.
The Nord CE is thin compared to the Nord. It measures 7.9mm and weighs 170g. If you prefer a slimmer phone that’s lighter than most, the Nord CE may be a better choice. Although the Nord CE has fewer features than the Nord, it still offers a competitive mid-range price. Despite a slight price decrease, this smartphone offers attractive design and OxygenOS. Its rounded corners and smooth polycarbonate back make it appear similar to the OnePlus Nord. Moreover, the OnePlus Nord CE is slightly thinner and has the same camera module that was in the OnePlus 9 series.
